RAMSAT covers mountainous territories of Southern (Portugal and Spain), Eastern (Slovenia, Bulgaria and Romania), and Western Europe (Northern Ireland) and it has a high level of transnational scope.
The exchange of good practice and knowledge to improve alternative tourism in remote and mountainous areas, in order to ensure the protection and sustainable use of natural resources and cultural heritage.
